It is my belief that Nina Collins How We Became Friends Again www.huffingtonpost.com has learned a very valuable lesson from relationships. Specifically, I infer that she has learned about the relationship with herself...how to work through her emotional attachment n detachment with her marriage partner...to work through anger, fear, hurt etc to eventually once again feel LOVE, the real connection, married or not. In otherwords, releasing to move on with her life.
I greatly appreciate the effort,inner work,awareness, strength, motivation etc that this required. It's one thing for a couple to have to endure the marriage ending AND it's another when children's hearts are involved. Children suffer in so many ways when they are used as pawns. The "adults" are so busy being defensive that they don't realize how empowering they could be by learning more efficient ways of communicating their needs n wants, thus preventing so much heart break for the whole family.
AND that's just the beginning as there is still the resentment, guilt n forgiveness work to be done or else broken hearts won't heal AND {maybe not until years later} these energy blockers could manifest physically as physical heart issues or cancer.
Life is one endless road of processes! Sometimes it takes support to travel these lonely roads. So don't take a detour to unknown territory reach out for help with these needed steps to pave a new smooth traveling highway to PEACE!
