Forgiveness Healing

This is really the big "F" word....FORGIVENESS!  The question is: "Who are you hurting by holding onto the pain?"   What responsibility do you have to forgive yourself or another?  Remember, forgiveness does not mean that someone's behavior was acceptable and intentional or not {get ready for this} what they did was about their fear.  Adopting this point of view allows a better means of understanding.  This point of view helps shift the need for revenge and resentment.   Awareness Tip:  The big "C" word, Cancer, is the disease of resentment.
